Tali Duckworth

is a freelance trumpet player and touring musician based in New York City. 

She is currently on tour with HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS the Musical until January 2026. Tali held the lead trumpet chair on the North American Tour of MEAN GIRLS the Musical from May 2024 - June 2025. She performed over 250 shows in 65 cities across the United States, Mexico and Canada! 

Tali has performed in venues including Carnegie Hall in New York City, The Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles, EastWest Scoring Stage in Hollywood, Centro Cultural Teatro 1 in Mexico City, MX, The National Theatre in Washington, D.C., The Auditorium in Chicago, IL, and The Golden Gate Theatre in San Fransisco, CA

In May, Tali graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Music in Trumpet Performance. She graduated with honors and was an Academic Achievement Award recipient. 

Tali was a member of the USC Trumpet Quintet. The group competed in the 2023 National Trumpet Competition in the small ensemble division and were awarded first prize for their performance of Erik Morales' Cityscapes

Tali is an alumna of the Interlochen Arts Academy where she studied with Ken Larson and was under the direction of Leslie Dunner in brass repertoire and mixed ensemble.
